For my second book, I have chosen to read In Deep Shift: Riding the Waves of Change to Find Peace, Fulfillment, and Freedom, by Valerie Gangas. I decided that this was probably a good book to read as I am graduating soon and am going to have to adapt to life changes very quickly. This book is ultimately a self-help guide that offers practical tools and strategies to help people navigate through major life changes. From what I can see, it seems as if the book is divided into three different parts. Part 1 focuses on what change is, what the process is like, and how to successfully navigate through it. Part 2 explains how to cultivate inner peace and fulfillment. And part 3 provides readers with tools and practices for embodying a state of freedom and happiness.
