World We Imagine Part 3: InclusiveWorks Our mission is to provide paid employment support to individuals living with disabilities while also working towards eliminating plastic waste and promoting sustainability. Despite their inherent importance in our world, society continues to overlook two things: people that struggle with disabilities and plastic waste. Growing up in a philanthropic family, taught me the value of giving back at a very young age. However, it wasn’t until I attended Mater Dei, a Catholic High School, that I started volunteering for local organizations and began seeing how beneficial and impactful helping those who are less fortunate is on our society. Even after I graduated, I did not want to stop giving back to my community, but in wanting something different I decided to take a job that entailed taking care of two young boys with special needs.
